THURSDAY JULY 17, 2014 For those arriving early, please join us at the Tropicana Lounge at 8 pm and enjoy FREE entertainment and the great company of old friends over drinks at the CASH Bar. Last time we were in Vegas this turned out to be a huge event! At 9:30pm there is special entertainment that takes the stage. FREE EVENT but RSVP so they have enough staff on hand for us! (If staying at Tropicana you get half price drinks from 5-8pm in the lounge, if you want an early start!!)
FRIDAY JULY 18, 2014 ***Our Friday Night OPEN BAR Mixer at the Tropicana Hotel will be at 8:00 pm, in the Wedding Chapel and the Terrace just outside of it. This location is more intimate for our group, nestled amid tropical foliage and waterfalls, and the most spectacular view of the Vegas Strip! They will be serving us premium brand liquer for 3 hours, so don't be late! Keep in mind that drinks avg $8-10 a piece in Vegas. Soda and water $5 a piece! (there is a price listed for non-alcohol drinkers) You must be 21 to drink, dress code semi-casual but nice, keep in mind to dress "light &cool" as it can be very warm even at night. We will also have a Raffle Drawing that night, and maybe even some karaoke! **Plan on arriving after you eat dinner, around 7:30 ish to get your badge and check in!
SATURDAY JULY 19, 2014 2-4PM ***THIS EVENT IS ON HOLD!!! POOLSIDE CABANA No outside food or beverages are allowed at pool and they want $48 for 12 bottles of water!! :( so money collected for this event will be used at Friday night mixer as CASH Prizes at Raffle!!!.
SATURDAY JULY 19, 2014***Our Saturday Night Dinner/Dance will be held in the beautiful Monte Cristo baquet room at the Tropicana Hotel, meet and greet from 6-7pm with Dinner starting at 7pm, Dance 8pm to midnight. They have a huge beautiful ballroom with floor to ceiling windows and plenty of room to dance the night away with a live DJ playing music from the 70's on up with all those favorites in between!. You will have 2 entrees and all the fixings to choose from with a buffet style dinner (menu to come), cash bar. Adult event, Dress to Impress.
SUNDAY JULY 20, 2014***Pay as go event to have a last gathering over a Sunday buffet style brunch at The Beach Cafe at 10am. Cost is $21 and it includes drinks. OR you can order off the breakfast menu! PLease RSVP so we can secure seating for all planning to eat breakfast!!
*** *FRIDAY NIGHT OPEN BAR MIXER**POOLSIDE CABANA***and SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER/DANCE with DRINKS AND OR MEALS is $175 per person (which includes 29% taxes & gratuity & union fees). Extra funds collected in that price (about $10 pp) will pay for name tags, live DJ, bartenders, union fees, etc. Our Events HAVE to be paid in full 3 days prior to our Reunion, July 12th!!
